Prerequisites for Update

Before proceeding with the update, please ensure you have the following items ready.

Important Precautions

Please read the following precautions carefully to ensure a safe and smooth update.

  • Equipment testing is required: If the firmware of an actuator already installed in your equipment is updated, the equipment must be tested again to confirm that there are no issues with its operating characteristics.

  • Select the correct model: Be sure to install the firmware that matches the exact model name of your actuator. If the wrong firmware is installed by mistake, simply update it again using the correct firmware.

  • Update one actuator at a time: Each actuator must be updated individually. Updating multiple actuators at the same time may cause errors.

  • Do not disturb wiring during update: During the update process, do not touch the communication or power cables between the PC, interface, and actuator. If a communication error occurs, please refer to the manual and try again.

  • Calibration procedure changed: For firmware version V2.0 or later, the Stroke Calibration procedure is no longer required after the update is completed.

Firmware Download

Please check the model name of your actuator and download the appropriate V2.2 firmware from the link below.

Models not covered by this update should continue using the existing V2.1 firmware.
