Full Stroke / 50% Duty Rate / Pull spring LoaD (Rated full load)
하기 수명 조건은 평균 수치이며, 개런티의 개념이 아닌 참고용 수치 입니다.
수명 연장 조건
- 길이를 줄이는 만큼 정비례로 수명 연장
예) 10mm stroke만 사용하면, 2.7배 수명 연장 - Duty Cycle 줄이기 : 매 10%의 duty cycle이 줄어들 때, 10% 수명 연장
예) 30%의 duty cycle이 줄면, 30% 수명 연장 - 부하 줄이기 : 10% 부하가 줄어들면, 5% 수명 연장
예) 1kg로 부하가 줄면, 25% 수명 연장

- Described life cycle is not a guarantee as it may vary according to respective using conditions, difference of installation.
- Current adjustment : If actuator’s force and speed are enough for customer’s application, customer may lengthen lifecycle by adjusting “Current amount” by mightyZAP manager software. Please note that speed and stall force will be decreased if "Goal Current or Current Limit" is decreased. (Please refer to the datasheet to see "Goal Current VS Stall Force graph".).
