1.2 Environment

mightyZAP uses Half Duplex TTL, RS485, and CAN communications depending on the communication version. Users need to use some sort of signal converter for communication between PC and mightyZAP. The USB Interface Board for mightyZAP (IR-USBXX) can be purchased from our e-shop for easier PC connection. User is also able to use the 3rd party converter, but for convenience & safety reasons, it is recommended to use our Interface Board .

주의 사항

  • Make sure to use "data transferable" USB cable between PC and USB converter. Charging only cable does not support data communication.
  • Make sure proper wiring when using 3rd party converter.
  • Appropriate DC power matching the rated input voltage of each actuator should be supplied to the actuator so as to utilize the Manager software. When using our USB Interface Board (IR-USBXX), just supply the power through the board.
