[Firmware Update Notice – 17Lf Series Firmware V1.1.1]
- Update Model: All 17Lf Series
- Version: V1.1.1
- Key Changes :
- mproved communication stability at 115200 bps
- Added Moving Parameter for motion status monitoring
- Note: This update has been applied to all shipments made on or after Nov, 14, 2025.
Prerequisites Before Updating
Before proceeding with the update, please prepare the following items.
- PC Interface: IR-USB02 or IR-USB03
- Manager Software: Total Manager Software V0.9.13
- You must install the firmware that matches the model name of the actuator you own. Please be careful with the model name and download the update file.
Important Precautions
For a safe and reliable update process, please read the following carefully.
Equipment testing is required: If the firmware of an actuator already installed in your equipment is updated, the equipment must be tested again to confirm that there are no issues with its operating characteristics.
Select the correct model: Be sure to install the firmware that matches the exact model name of your actuator. If the wrong firmware is installed by mistake, simply update it again using the correct firmware.
Update one actuator at a time: Each actuator must be updated individually. Updating multiple actuators at the same time may cause errors.
Do not disturb wiring during update: During the update process, do not touch the communication or power cables between the PC, interface, and actuator. If a communication error occurs, please refer to the manual and try again.
Calibration procedure changed: In firmware versions V2.0 and later, the Stroke Calibration procedure is no longer required after the update is completed.
